Scalabrinian Missions in Uruguay

Rooted in the charism of Blessed John Baptist Scalabrini, our missions in Uruguay, Apostolado del Mar - Stella Maris and Casa de Acogida San Juan Bautista Scalabrini, accompany migrants, refugees, seafarers, and fishers with compassion and faith. Each mission responds to the unique needs of people on the move by offering spiritual support, practical assistance, and a sense of belonging.

Supporting seafarers and fishers around the world. With hospitality and care, we offer rest, friendship, and spiritual support, welcoming them after long journeys at sea.
